Flower art is an expression of my love and passion for preserving natures beauty.

My interest started as a child on a large property near Vancouver B.C. Canada.

I grew up with parents who had a passion for gardening and nature.

I was encouraged to appreciate and study natures flora and fauna and to develop my artistic abilities in various mediums.

Later on in life I desired to study this art more closely. I joined disscussion groups, searched books and the internet for more information.

I took particular interest in creating petal ladies which was inspired by Heidi Garnello who had her beautiful art displayed in a magazine.

With practise I was able to create my own style of petal ladies, floral arrangements and scenic pictures.

Today, driven with passion I find myself continuing my studies with international teachers, stretching my creative abilities and producing quality work.

Discovering the unlimited possibilities, of using an all natural pallette of materials to create beautiful art is very satisfing to me.

Preserving flowers from a special bouquet or creating a unique peice of art is my love and passion.
